What is it for?#

Analytics360 is the add-on that brings your website's Google data into the CRM. You connect your Google account once; Ohana360 then pulls Google Analytics 4 (sessions, users, new users, key events, purchase revenue) and Google Search Console (search clicks, impressions, average position and the top 25 search queries) every hour. The data is written to three objects: Site Traffic (one record per day), Search Query (the top queries of the last 28 days) and AI Traffic (one record per day per AI source). They are ordinary objects: list views, reports, dashboards and flows all work on them.

Connecting Google#

  1. On Analytics360 > Home, press Connect Google (admins only).
  2. In the Google window pick your account and approve the read-only permissions. Your password never reaches Ohana; Google issues a refresh token that does not expire.
  3. When the window closes, choose the GA4 property and the Search Console site to track and press Save and Sync. If your account has a single property or site it is selected automatically.

The first sync loads the last 60 days. After that it runs by itself: the server adds new days every hour and refreshes the query list. Refresh from Google does the same on demand.

What the home page shows#

  • Summary cards: sessions, users, conversions, search clicks, search impressions and average position for the chosen period (7, 28 or 60 days), each with the change against the previous period.
  • Daily chart: session bars with search-click and conversion lines on the same chart.
  • Ranking opportunities: queries with many impressions, few clicks and a position between 4 and 20. A better title and content can move them to page one.
  • Top queries: the 10 most-clicked queries with clicks, impressions, CTR and position; clicking a row opens the record.
  • AI Traffic Report: at the bottom of the page, visits arriving from AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. AI sessions, share of total traffic, AI conversions, a stacked daily chart and a per-source breakdown (sessions, share, change against the previous period).
  • Google connection card: status, last sync, property/site selection, Reconnect and Disconnect.

Relation to Google Ads#

Google Ads campaign tracking belongs to Marketing360 and uses the same Google connection: you connect once, in Analytics360 or in Marketing360; the Google Ads customer account is selected under Marketing360 > App Settings > Google Ads. Analytics360 works with GA4 and Search Console alone; Google Ads is not required.

Automation and integration records#

Once connected, a "Google data sync" card appears under Setup > Automations and Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console rows under Setup > Integrations. To pause the sync, set the automation card to Inactive; disconnecting keeps the records and only stops new data.

Limits#

  • Access is read-only; Ohana changes nothing in your Google account.
  • Search Console data arrives 2-3 days late on Google's side, so the latest days may look incomplete.
  • The AI Traffic Report reads GA4's referral source: only visitors who clicked a link inside the AI tool are counted. If someone types the address by hand, or the tool hides the referrer, the visit shows up as direct traffic.
  • Each org connects one Google account; several properties need separate orgs or a single chosen property.
  • If Google access is revoked the card shows a Warning; Reconnect fixes it.

Enabling and packaging#

Analytics360 is a monthly add-on enabled from the Marketplace (add-on price per organization, not per user). See Marketplace and Products and price list.

Tip: Take a query from the ranking opportunities list and use it as a Knowledge360 article or a page title on your site; check the same list two or three weeks later to see its position move.
