Pricing, the Marketplace and annual payment

The pricing model#

Pricing is simple and public; all prices are monthly and billed annually (12 months):

• Core apps (Sales360, Service360, Marketing360, Finance360, HR360): €150 per app / month
• Add-ons (Knowledge360, Survey360, Newsletter360, ToDo360, WhatsApp360, Portal360, Analytics360): €50 per add-on / month. Portal360 includes 10 portal users; every additional 10 portal users is one more package (€50 / month).
• Industry editions (Legal360, Clinic360, Estate360, Booking360, Influencer360, Commerce360): €250 per edition / month
• Extra users: €25 per month. Your first user is included with the platform; only active users are counted.

The Marketplace and Package Summary#

Open the Marketplace from the app launcher or the user menu. The Package Summary panel on the right calculates your org's active apps, extra users, any discount and the monthly total plus the annual payment live.

How to pay#

1. Click 💳 Pay (or Renew Subscription) in the Package Summary.
2. A one-off, secure Stripe checkout page for your annual total opens in a new tab, with a full breakdown of your package and the subscription period. You can also copy the link and send it to whoever will pay.
3. After payment you are redirected back to the app; your subscription is applied automatically and the "Subscription active until" band shows the end date.

Your card details never touch Ohana360; Stripe handles the charge and the amount is always recalculated on the server.

Support packages#

• Standard Support (free): included for every org that purchases any app. Email + in-app tickets, 24 business hour response target, Help Center.
• Premium Support (€50 / month): priority queue (4 business hour response target), WhatsApp and phone support, a monthly health check.
• Expert Hours Package: setup, data migration, customization and training are expert work, sold as a 5-hour package (€300, €60/hour).
