Booking360: guests, reservations, rooms and the availability calendar
The industry solution for hotels, guesthouses and apartments: guest cards, reservation and channel tracking, room inventory, an availability calendar and payments in one app.

Guest cards#
- Every guest is a numbered card (MSF-...): contact details, country, ID/passport number and special requests (e.g. "high floor, quiet room").
- The guest page combines reservation history, payments, files and the activity feed; the status path tracks the guest lifecycle: New → Reserved → Staying → Departed → Loyal Guest.
Reservations#
- A reservation record: guest + check-in/check-out dates + room + party size + channel (Direct, Website, Phone, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agency, Walk-in).
- Nights are calculated from the dates and the total from nights × nightly rate, automatically.
- One-click ✓ Check-in and ✓ Check-out in the list also update the guest status.
- Double-booking guard: a second reservation for the same room on overlapping dates cannot be saved.
Room inventory#
- The Rooms tab holds room number, type, floor, capacity, default nightly rate and status (Active, Maintenance, Closed).
- When creating a reservation you pick the room from a list; the room type and rate fill in automatically.
- The "Tonight" column shows each room's live state: Occupied, Reserved, Vacant, Maintenance.
Availability calendar#
- The Calendar tab is a room × day grid: reservations appear as colored blocks with the guest's name.
- Clicking an empty cell opens a new reservation prefilled with that room and date; clicking a block opens the reservation record.
- The bottom row shows day-by-day occupancy; navigate 7 days at a time with ◀ ▶ and jump back with "Today".
Payments and hotel management#
- Payment records link to the guest: amount, due date, status (Pending, Invoiced, Paid); overdue items are flagged.
- Home page KPI cards: total guests, today's check-ins, the occupancy rate (from the active room inventory) and pending payments; the "Tonight's Room Status" section gives a live board with room chips.
- Ready-made reports: guests by country, reservation revenue by channel, rooms by type.
Tip: Send a welcome/reminder e-mail with a scheduled flow that runs one day before check-in; use the channel field in reports to see which channel earns the most.
Enabling it and the package#
Booking360 is enabled from the Marketplace as an industry solution (250 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).

What happens if you turn it off?
Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.
Naming: The app name can be changed per org. Under Setup > Apps and Tabs, type your own name instead of Booking360 (an industry-specific one, for example) and that name shows in the app launcher and the tab bar.
