The industry solution for law firms: case file management, hearing calendar and PoA tracking.

Case files
- Every case is a numbered file (for example
DAV-1021): client, opposing party, court, docket number, case type and status. - Clients link to the Accounts/Contacts base: all files of the same client are visible on the account page.
- The case page brings together hearings, tasks, files (petitions) and the discussion feed.
Hearing calendar
- Hearings are records attached to a case: date, time, court, note.
- The Upcoming Hearings section on the home page lists the firm's calendar ahead and reduces the risk of missing one.
- The hearing outcome is written back to the record, keeping the case history complete.
Powers of attorney
- PoA records: client, date, scope and validity.
- Attach the PoA document to the record; set a scheduled flow reminder for the ones expiring soon.
Firm management
KPI cards show open files, this week's hearings and pending tasks. With the report engine you can build firm statistics by case type, court and outcome.
Tip: Attach tasks to hearings: a "prepare the petition 3 days before the hearing" task becomes the team's standard rhythm.
