⚙️ Setup & Administration
Page layouts: home pages and record cards
Arrange app home page sections and record page cards per org (and per profile).
The Page Layout editor
Setup > Page Layouts lets you toggle and reorder the sections of every app home page per org. For example, keep the KPI cards on top of the Sales home page and turn the charts off.
Configurable home pages
| Page | Sections |
|---|---|
| Sales Home | Revenue target and KPI cards, second KPI strip, charts (funnel + source), operational lists |
| Service Home | SLA/KPI cards, charts (channel + priority), case table |
| Finance Home | KPI cards, charts (invoice statuses + monthly), overdue invoice table |
| Marketing Home | KPI cards, charts (campaign types + sends), ROI table |
| HR Home | KPI cards, charts (recruiting funnel + expenses) |
| Industry home pages | KPI + upcoming records (hearings/publications/appointments/showings) + pending payments + add-on settings |
Record page cards
The cards in the record page's right column are configurable too: Activity Timeline, Suggested Articles, Files, Posts, Field History, Consent Permissions, AI Assistant. Turn off what you do not need and simplify the page.
Profile-based layouts
A layout can be saved for a specific profile: the sales team can see the timeline first on record pages while the management profile sees KPIs first. Without a profile override, the org default applies.
Tip: Simplicity is performance: closing unused sections buys both focus and speed.
