Tabs#

Influencer360: Home, Collaborations, Content Calendar, Payments.

Collaborations#

  • Every brand deal is a numbered collaboration record: brand, campaign scope, fee, status.
  • The brand links to the Accounts base: all past collaborations with the same brand are visible on the account page.
  • Deal files (brief, contract) attach to the record.

Content calendar#

  • Every piece of content is a record: platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok...), type (post, reel, video), publish date, status.
  • The Upcoming Publications section on the home page lines up what is next; no deadline slips by.
  • Content belongs to a collaboration: all deliverables of a deal gather on the collaboration page.

Payments#

  • Payment records link to the collaboration: amount, due date, status (Pending / Paid).
  • The Pending Payments list on the home page puts collections on a single screen.

Agency management#

KPI cards show active collaborations, this week's publications and pending payment totals. Reports analyze revenue by brand, platform and period.

Tip: Manage content statuses on the kanban board: an Idea → Shoot → In Review → Published flow becomes the agency's production line.

Enabling it and the package#

Influencer360 is enabled from the Marketplace as an industry solution (250 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).

Where does it appear once enabled?

WhereWhat you see
App launcherA Influencer360 tile in the grid menu at the top left; this is how you move between apps
Tab barHome, Brands, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Collaborations, Content Calendar, Payments, Files, Reports, Dashboards
App home pageToday Panel, Object Inventory, Watch List and the Add-on Settings card
ObjectsThe Collaboration, Content and Payment objects open up. In the Object Manager you can add your own fields and picklists to them
Reports and dashboardsThe new objects join the object list in the Report Builder, and standard reports and dashboards open from the app's last tabs
AutomationThe flow canvas, scheduled flows, validation and assignment rules can now select these objects
Search, data and accessThe new objects appear in global search results, in import and export screens and in the sharing rules list
Page layoutsThis app's home page joins the list under Setup > Page Layouts: you can hide sections or reorder them
SettingsManaged from the Add-on Settings card on the home page (agency commission, currency, content types).
A renamed tabIn this app the shared Accounts tab is labelled Brands: same object, industry-specific label

What happens if you turn it off?

Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.

Naming: The app name can be changed per org. Under Setup > Apps and Tabs, type your own name instead of Influencer360 (an industry-specific one, for example) and that name shows in the app launcher and the tab bar.

Instagram DM tab#

When the Instagram360 add-on is enabled and an account is connected, Influencer360 shows an Instagram DM tab: keep the conversation with the creator here, create the record from the chat with Open collaboration, and the conversation summary stays on the collaboration's timeline.
