Sales360: leads, opportunities and the pipeline
From lead to closed-won: conversion, stage management, quote view and the sales home page.
Tabs#
Sales360: Home, Leads, Opportunities plus the shared Accounts / Contacts / Tasks.
Leads#
- Collect leads via web forms, import or manual entry (see Web-to-Lead).
- The lead card tracks source, status and owner; assignment rules can distribute new leads automatically.
- Duplicate warnings prevent the same lead being entered twice.
Conversion#
On a qualified lead, the Convert button creates three records in one step: Account + Contact + Opportunity. The lead's history is preserved on the new records.
Opportunities#
- Opportunity stages are configurable per org (Setup > Stages): for example Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Won/Lost.
- Advance stages with one click on the record page path; the kanban view manages the whole pipeline with drag and drop.
- Amount, close date and probability fields feed the revenue forecast reports.
- The quote view produces a printable quote from opportunity line items; the product catalog is defined under Setup > Products.
Sales home page#
Revenue target and KPI cards, pipeline funnel, source distribution charts and operational lists (today's tasks, waiting leads) on one screen. Sections can be toggled per org via Page Layouts.
The App Settings card#
The App Settings card at the bottom of the Sales360 home page is visible to admins only. Open Settings reveals four sections in one tabbed panel:
- Opportunity Stages: stage names, order and probabilities.
- Sales and Quote Parameters: monthly revenue target, VAT rate, Quote Validity (days).
- Queues and Assignment: lead queues and assignment rules.
- Web-to-Lead: the lead form you put on your site.
These are business rules specific to the app. Object and field settings stay in the Object Manager, and org-wide settings (users, security, e-mail, flows) stay in Setup.
Enabling it and the package#
Sales360 is enabled from the Marketplace as a core business app (150 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).
Where does it appear once enabled?
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| App launcher | A Sales360 tile in the grid menu at the top left; this is how you move between apps |
| Tab bar | Home, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Leads, Opportunities, Products, Files, Reports, Dashboards |
| App home page | Today Panel, Object Inventory, Watch List and the Revenue Target section |
| Objects | The Lead and Opportunity objects open up. In the Object Manager you can add your own fields and picklists to them |
| Reports and dashboards | The new objects join the object list in the Report Builder, and standard reports and dashboards open from the app's last tabs |
| Automation | The flow canvas, scheduled flows, validation and assignment rules can now select these objects |
| Search, data and access | The new objects appear in global search results, in import and export screens and in the sharing rules list |
| Page layouts | This app's home page joins the list under Setup > Page Layouts: you can hide sections or reorder them |
| Settings | An App Settings card appears on the home page: Opportunity Stages, Sales and Quote Parameters, Queues and Assignment, Web-to-Lead. Admins only. |
| Account and Contact record pages | The related Opportunities list and the lead conversion flow become visible on these records |
| Products and price list | The Products tab opens and line items can be added to opportunities (the same catalog is shared with Finance360 when it is on) |
What happens if you turn it off?
Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.
