Survey360: design, send and track surveys
Customer satisfaction and feedback surveys: question design, sharing via link and result analysis.
What is it for?#
Survey360 (a Marketplace add-on) lets your org send surveys to customers or your own team. Use it for satisfaction measurement, event feedback and internal reviews.
Creating a survey#
- Go to Survey360 > Surveys and click New.
- Enter a title and description, then add questions: multiple choice, rating or open ended.
- Publish the survey; a shareable survey link is generated.
Sending#
- Send the link by e-mail: you can embed it in Marketing360 templates.
- Participants answer in the browser without logging in.
Results#
- Responses gather on the survey record: participation count and per-question distributions.
- Export results as CSV for deeper analysis.
Enabling it and the package#
Survey360 is enabled from the Marketplace as an add-on (50 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).
Where does it appear once enabled?

What happens if you turn it off?
Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.
