Tabs#

Marketing360: Home, Campaigns, Segments, E-mail Templates, Sends.

Campaigns#

  • Types: E-mail, Webinar, Event, Social Media, Advertising, Other.
  • Statuses: Planned → In Progress → Completed / Cancelled.
  • Campaign members (contacts/leads) are tracked with statuses: Added, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Responded.
  • Budget and return fields feed the campaign ROI table on the home page.

Segments#

A segment is a dynamic audience defined by field conditions: for example "contacts in Istanbul who purchased in the last 90 days". You save the conditions; membership refreshes itself as data changes.

E-mail templates and sends#

  1. Create templates with ready subject and body under E-mail Templates; personalize with merge fields.
  2. Start a Send from a campaign or a segment.
  3. Track each send's recipient count and status on the Sends tab.

If the consent add-on is enabled (see Compliance), recipients whose e-mail permission is not "Approved" are automatically dropped from the send list and you see a warning. This removes the risk of sending commercial messages without consent.

Important: Import your contacts' consent records before starting bulk sends; otherwise the protection may stop the entire send.

Connecting your Meta ad account#

Tracking your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads in Ohana takes three clicks and no typing:

  1. On the Marketing360 Home page open the App Settings card and press Connect Meta on the Meta Ads tab (admins only).
  2. Sign in with your Facebook account in the Meta window and approve the permission. Your password never reaches Ohana; Meta grants read-only ads access.
  3. If you have several ad accounts, pick the one to track. With a single account it is selected automatically and the first sync runs right away.

From then on every Meta campaign becomes a Marketing360 campaign record with Type = Advertising; the record page shows spend, sales, ROAS, the conversion funnel and a diagnosis panel. The Ad Creatives and Ad Daily tabs hold per-ad and per-day performance, and Dashboards gets an Ad Performance panel for each ad campaign. Data refreshes hourly on its own; Refresh from Meta on the panel pulls instantly.

  • Thresholds: enter break-even ROAS and target CPA on the same tab; smart comments and the diagnosis use them.
  • Connection lifetime: the Meta grant lasts about 60 days. You get a notification a week before it ends; Reconnect renews it with the same three clicks.
  • Disconnect: the sync stops, records stay.
  • "Meta ads sync" appears under Setup > Automations and Integrations, where it can be paused.

Enabling it and the package#

Marketing360 is enabled from the Marketplace as a core business app (150 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).

Where does it appear once enabled?

WhereWhat you see
App launcherA Marketing360 tile in the grid menu at the top left; this is how you move between apps
Tab barHome, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Campaigns, Segments, Email Templates, Sends, Files, Reports, Dashboards
App home pageToday Panel, Object Inventory, Watch List and, with the compliance package on, the consent card
ObjectsThe Campaign, Segment, Email Template and Send objects open up. In the Object Manager you can add your own fields and picklists to them
Reports and dashboardsThe new objects join the object list in the Report Builder, and standard reports and dashboards open from the app's last tabs
AutomationThe flow canvas, scheduled flows, validation and assignment rules can now select these objects
Search, data and accessThe new objects appear in global search results, in import and export screens and in the sharing rules list
Page layoutsThis app's home page joins the list under Setup > Page Layouts: you can hide sections or reorder them
SettingsAn App Settings card appears on the home page: Meta Ads and Google Ads account connections, break-even thresholds. Admins only.
Contact record pageConsent status, segment memberships and the send-email button appear on the record
E-mail infrastructureThe org sender address and templates are shared; Newsletter360 works on its own subscriber list

What happens if you turn it off?

Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.

Naming: The app name can be changed per org. Under Setup > Apps and Tabs, type your own name instead of Marketing360 (an industry-specific one, for example) and that name shows in the app launcher and the tab bar.
