Leave requests

• An employee opens a request: type (annual, excuse, medical), date range, note.
• With an approval process the request reaches the manager; approval or rejection returns as a notification and is tracked on the record.

Expenses

• Expense record: amount, category, date, receipt file.
• Can be tied to an approval flow; home page charts show totals by category.

Recruiting

• Job applications gather in a candidate pool tracked by position, source and status.
• The kanban view gives you the funnel: Applied → Interview → Offer → Hired / Rejected.
