Marketplace: managing apps and add-ons

Discover apps and system add-ons, enable them with one click, and learn how the license gate behaves.

What is the Marketplace?

The Marketplace is the store where you add apps and add-ons to your org (the AppExchange concept from enterprise CRMs). Open it from the app launcher.

Content types

Industry appsLaw360, Estate360, Influencer360, Clinic360, Booking360

Enabling and disabling

  1. Click an app's card in the Marketplace; review its description and scope.
  2. Press Enable: the app joins the app launcher immediately and its tabs and objects open up.
  3. Disabling is one click too: the app disappears and its data goes dormant (never deleted).

License gate behavior

  • A disabled app's tabs, records and report/search results are hidden.
  • The data sits untouched; re-enable the app and it returns exactly as it was.
  • Object pickers on reports, flows and import screens filter automatically: nobody accidentally picks an object of a disabled app.
Tip: Start small: enable only the apps you will use today. Less app clutter means faster team adoption; enabling later is a single click.
