Tabs#

Clinic360: Home, Patients, Appointments, Payments.

Patient records#

  • Every patient is a numbered file: identity and contact details, notes and history.
  • The patient page combines appointment history, payments, files (test results, consent forms) and the activity feed.
Privacy reminder: Health data is special-category personal data. Manage disclosure and explicit consent with the compliance package and restrict access to patient files by profile.

Appointments#

  • An appointment record: patient + date/time + branch or specialist + status (Planned, Arrived, No-show, Cancelled).
  • The Today's Appointments section on the home page is the control panel of the daily flow.
  • Set up automatic tasks or reminder flows for no-shows.

Payments#

  • Payment records link to the patient: amount, date, method.
  • The Pending Payments list on the home page shows open balances.

Clinic management#

KPI cards show daily appointments, new patients and payment totals. Reports track occupancy, no-show rate and revenue per specialist.

Tip: Schedule a reminder flow one day before each appointment; the no-show rate drops noticeably.

Enabling it and the package#

Clinic360 is enabled from the Marketplace as an industry solution (250 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).

Where does it appear once enabled?

WhereWhat you see
App launcherA Clinic360 tile in the grid menu at the top left; this is how you move between apps
Tab barHome, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Patients, Appointments, Payments, Files, Reports, Dashboards
App home pageToday Panel, Object Inventory, Watch List and the Add-on Settings card
ObjectsThe Patient, Appointment and Payment objects open up. In the Object Manager you can add your own fields and picklists to them
Reports and dashboardsThe new objects join the object list in the Report Builder, and standard reports and dashboards open from the app's last tabs
AutomationThe flow canvas, scheduled flows, validation and assignment rules can now select these objects
Search, data and accessThe new objects appear in global search results, in import and export screens and in the sharing rules list
Page layoutsThis app's home page joins the list under Setup > Page Layouts: you can hide sections or reorder them
SettingsManaged from the Add-on Settings card on the home page (specialties, appointment types, working hours).
PrivacyPatient files carry special-category data: keep the org-wide default Private and open access through profiles and sharing rules

What happens if you turn it off?

Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.

Naming: The app name can be changed per org. Under Setup > Apps and Tabs, type your own name instead of Clinic360 (an industry-specific one, for example) and that name shows in the app launcher and the tab bar.
