Portfolio

• Every listing is a numbered portfolio record: type (sale/rent), location, size, rooms, price, status.
• The owner links to the Account/Contact base; photos and documents go on the files card.

Buyer requests and matching

• A buyer request holds the seeker's criteria: budget range, area, type, room count.
• The Match Opportunities section on the home page automatically compares your portfolio with buyer requests and lists listing-buyer pairs that meet the criteria.
• Create a showing appointment from a match in a single step.

Showings

• A showing record: portfolio + buyer + date/time + outcome note.
• Upcoming Showings are listed on the home page; the outcome (liked it, made an offer, no fit) is written to the record.

Office management

KPI cards show active portfolio, open buyer requests and this week's showings. Reports give price and conversion analysis by area.
