Interface tour: navigation, tabs and global search

Get to know the top bar, app launcher, tabs, global search, notifications and the utility bar.

Top bar

From left to right the top bar contains:

• App launcher (⋮⋮⋮): Lists every app enabled in your org; click to switch between apps. The active app's name and color are shown in the bar.
• Tabs: The object tabs of the active app (for example in Sales360: Home, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks). Clicking a tab opens that object's list view.
• Global search: Searches names, e-mails, phone numbers and record numbers across all objects. Results are grouped by object; clicking one opens the record page.
• Notifications (🔔): Assignments, approval requests, mentions and system announcements are collected here.
• Profile menu: Your profile page, language (TR/EN), password change, e-mail signature and logout.

URL structure and deep links

Every screen has a shareable address:

Copy a record's address and send it to a teammate; if they have access, it opens directly on that record.

Utility bar

The bar at the bottom of the screen holds Chat, recently viewed records and quick tools. The chat window is for in-org team messaging and can stay open on every screen.

Language and theme

The interface is available in Turkish and English; switch instantly from the profile menu. The theme is light and every screen is mobile friendly: on narrow screens, lists automatically switch to a card layout.
