ToDo360: personal tasks and board
Task management with Todoist-like simplicity: quick add, kanban board, labels, recurrence and reminders.
What is ToDo360?#
ToDo360 is a personal productivity app (add-on), separate from CRM tasks. It ships with a Today/Upcoming home page, a fully equipped kanban board and a calendar tab.
Quick add#
- Dates are parsed as you type: write "finish report tomorrow 14:00 p1" and the due date, time and priority fill themselves.
- The 📅 menu in the composer offers Today/Tomorrow/Next week, a time and 🔁 recurrence (day/week/month/year).
- ＋ Add task under a kanban column adds the task straight into that column (with its status).
The board#
- Columns are your statuses: rename them in place, give them colors, add or remove columns in ✎ edit mode, drag headers to reorder.
- Cards show a completion circle, a colored due date (overdue red, today green), label dots and a ⋯ menu (date, labels, priority, delete).
- Completing a recurring task never closes it; the due date jumps to the next period.
Labels and reminders#
- Labels are managed in settings and assigned from cards and rows via 🏷 without opening the record.
- Notification settings (home > Settings > 🔔) enable pre-due reminders, timed-task alerts and a daily summary; notifications reach the bell and your phone (push).
Enabling it and the package#
ToDo360 is enabled from the Marketplace as an add-on (50 € per month, per organization). Click its card and press Enable: there is no install, download or waiting, the app opens within seconds. The price is per organization rather than per user, and billing is annual (see Pricing).
Where does it appear once enabled?

What happens if you turn it off?
Turning it off is also one click in the Marketplace. Tabs, records, report and search results disappear, and object pickers are filtered too, so the team cannot accidentally pick an object from a disabled app. Data is not deleted, it goes to sleep: when you enable the app again every record comes back exactly as you left it.
Completion sound#
Completing a task (✓ on the card, Complete on the row, moving it from the menu, dragging it on the kanban or setting the status to Done in the edit window) plays a short sound. Reopening a task is silent. If you turned sound off in the chat settings, this sound is muted too.
